Why we quote before we drive
The locksmith industry has a bad reputation for a specific reason: a low phone price, then a much higher one once the technician is standing at your door and you have no leverage. That is not how this works.
- We quote a range on the phone based on what you tell us, and we tell you what would move it.
- The price is confirmed before any work starts, in person, before a tool comes out.
- If it turns out to be a different job than described, we stop and re-quote rather than adding it to the bill afterwards.
- We would rather lose the call than send someone on a job we cannot do at the price we said.

How fast can you actually get here?
Most Orlando metro calls are on site in about 20 minutes. Clermont, Davenport, Haines City and the far edges of Seminole County take longer, especially at rush hour. We give you a real window when you call.
Are you open 24/7?
No, and we would rather say so. We run Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and we are closed Sundays. If you reach us inside those hours, a technician is genuinely available.
How much will it cost?
It depends on what you are locked out of and what time it is. We quote a range on the phone and confirm the exact price in person before starting. If someone quotes you $19 over the phone for a car lockout, that is not the price you will pay them.
Do you serve my area?
We cover Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties, plus Clermont, Davenport, Haines City and Loughman. If you are on the edge of that, call and ask rather than guessing.
